My intention for sacred body massage is to facilitate bringing balance to the mind + body and spirit through body work, energy work, detox footbaths and the use of topical herbal products for relaxation, pain relie and overall vitality.
A custom massage session is tailored to your specific needs and often includes a range of techniques such as deep tissue, myofascia release, trigger point therapy and herbal compresses. We will do a short intake session before your massage to discuss your overall needs and any areas of the body that may need more focus.
A 60 minute custom massage session is enough time for at least one area of focus along with a shorter amount of full body attention however for more targeted and focused work I highly reccommend a minimum of 90 minutes. A 2 hour session is ideal for a full body massage with targeted work on multiple areas of the body or spending more time on a specific area and provides further relief.

90 minutes of pure bliss to relieve tension within the body, reduce stress and promote overall relaxation.
During this session i will work with the subtle energetic system to promote stress relief, reduce anxiety , bring a sense of harmony, relaxation and joy to you and promote balance of the mind + body + spirit using soft touch or working off body. Add onto any massage for an additional $40
During a detox footbath session you will soak your feet in a tub while enjoying a full body detox to promote bodily healing and improve your bodys system. During this time I will be able to share what areas of the body needed it most and recommend you to a local naturopathic doctor who will assist you in finding affordable holistic products to further improve your healing.

The total wellness package includes two 90min custom massage sessions as well as one 60min relaxation massage with your choice of any additional add on such as deep tissue, energy work, myofascia release or trigger point therapy as well as a detox footbath to bring relief and balance to your whole system.
