My philosophy
Hi, I’m Hailey an herbalist, massage therapist, energy worker, wife, and mama born and raised in El Dorado County. My work is rooted in creating a safe, grounded, and compassionate space where healing can unfold through bodywork, herbal support, and subtle energy care.
I’m a certified massage therapist and graduate of Fair Oaks Massage School, with additional training alongside trusted herbalists and a local naturopathic doctor, where I learned about detox footbaths. My approach focuses on nervous-system supportive bodywork and restoring balance through therapeutic massage, herbal care, and intuitive energy work rooted in presence, deep listening, and respect for the body’s innate wisdom.
Shaped by my own experiences i understand how deeply the body holds stress and emotion. I offer gentle, respectful support for both everyday needs and life’s transitions. This includes therapeutic massage for chronic tension and problem areas, relaxation massage to ease stress, as well as prenatal and grief-supportive bodywork. As a mobile massage therapist, I bring care directly to you when leaving home feels overwhelming. Each session is guided by consent and compassion, with the intention of helping you feel better physically and more grounded and connected within your body.
